Company History Dorman Trading was founded by Bernard Dorman, a local trader since 1956 at the Chicago Board of Trade. Mr. Dorman is one of oldest active floor trader in the U.S. Three generations of the Dorman family are active in company management and the firm now clears millions of trades each month. Dorman clients include many of the most active "local" floor traders at the CBOT and CME. Dorman is a pioneer in providing clearing services for off-floor traders in E-minis and all other screen-based contracts traded on the CME GLOBEX and CBOT ECBOT systems.
